Accent Adult Day Center is a nonprofit adult day program in Tigard, Oregon. We support older adults and other adults who benefit from companionship, supervision, assistance, and a welcoming place to spend the day.
What matters to us is how people feel when they are here. We want each participant to be treated as an individual — with respect for their personality, abilities, preferences, and level of independence.
We believe people need more than safety and basic care. They need conversation, laughter, familiar faces, interesting things to do, and the feeling that they still belong to a community. Some participants need more support, while others value independence and choice. We try to meet people where they are.
We also understand how important reliable support is for families and caregivers. Our goal is to create a place where participants feel comfortable and engaged, and where families can feel confident about the care and attention their loved ones receive.
