At Accent Adult Day Center, we understand that every family has different needs. Some families need a few hours of support each week, while others rely on regular daytime care to balance work, personal responsibilities, and caregiving.
We offer flexible attendance options, transparent private-pay rates, and individualized support in a welcoming environment.
Our rates are based on the length of the attendance day and the number of scheduled days per week. Families who choose more days per week benefit from lower daily rates.

Participants may arrive later or leave earlier. Rates are based on the reserved attendance option, rather than the exact number of hours used.
How Monthly Payments Work
Private-pay enrollment is based on a regular weekly schedule, with a fixed monthly payment made in advance.
Monthly tuition is calculated using the following formula:
Daily rate × scheduled days per week × 52 ÷ 12
For example, a participant attending three full days per week would pay:
$175 × 3 × 52 ÷ 12 = $2,275 per month.
This approach provides predictable monthly payments for families and allows the center to reserve space, schedule staff, and plan activities, including the purchase and preparation of meals.

Routine assistance with daily activities, within the center’s capabilities
A structured daily program that also provides respite for family caregivers
Individual Care Needs
Every participant is different. Some individuals may need more assistance or supervision than others.
Our published rates are standard private-pay rates. The final rate may vary depending on the level of support required.
Participants who need extensive hands-on assistance, continuous one-on-one supervision, or additional caregiver support may require an individualized assessment and a customized rate.
Before enrollment, we discuss each participant’s needs with the family, determine whether our center can provide appropriate support, and explain any individualized pricing in advance.
Any additional charges will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before services begin.
Attendance, Absences & Schedule Changes
Enrollment reserves specific days of the week for each participant.
Monthly tuition is paid in advance and is not automatically reduced when a participant misses a scheduled day or leaves early.
When space is available, the center may approve a makeup day for a missed visit. Makeup days are subject to advance arrangements and are not guaranteed.
Families may request changes to their regular schedule. Changes are subject to availability and must be approved by the center.
Policies regarding holidays, center closures, extended medical absences, and withdrawal will be provided in the enrollment agreement.
Other Payment Options
Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS)
Accent Adult Day Center welcomes participants who are authorized to receive adult day services through the Oregon Department of Human Services.
Eligibility, authorization, and covered services are determined through the applicable ODHS process. Families should contact their case manager to discuss available benefits and authorization.
Private Pay
Families may enroll directly through our private-pay program without first obtaining ODHS authorization.
We can discuss attendance options and help determine a schedule that fits the participant’s needs.
Complimentary Trial Day
Choosing an adult day center is an important decision.
We offer a complimentary trial day by prior arrangement, giving prospective participants and their families an opportunity to become familiar with our environment, activities, and staff.
