Transportation Assistance

Transportation can be an important part of making regular attendance at the Center possible. Accent Adult Day Center does not provide transportation directly, but we help eligible participants arrange transportation through available community and health-plan transportation services.

We work with transportation programs and health-plan transportation benefits, including Ride to Care, Trillium, and Ride Connection. When a participant is eligible for these services, our staff can assist with scheduling rides to and from the Center and help coordinate transportation as needed.

Transportation availability depends on each participant’s eligibility, coverage, service area, and the requirements of the transportation provider. Families are welcome to contact us with questions, and we can help determine what transportation options may be available.
